The term "Early Summer" comes from the second work of Trilogy of Noriko-Late Spring, Early Summer and Tokyo Story of Yasujiro Ozu, Japan's movie director. It volubly tells the story of children growing up and family gatherings and separations in an ordinary family. This is the building that the house owner lived when he was little. He left the place at some point of his life. After growing up, he decided to return to the place where he spent his childhood and his parents helped him grow. With his childhood memories and blessings from his parents, he has returned to the start, continuing a brand-new chapter of his life.
《麥秋》一詞源自日本電影大師小津安二郎的「紀子三部曲」《晚春》、《麥秋》、《東京物語》裏頭的第2部作品,娓媚道著一個尋常家庭的子女成長與聚散的點點滴滴。這裡就是屋主兒時曾住過的大樓,隨著成長而離開。長大後決定回到陪伴自己童年、父母為他根的這個地方生活。在兒時回憶的陪伴與父母的祝福下回到原點,衍續人生的嶄新篇章。

Coming home, returning to the house where I once lived as a child.
Pushing open the heavy front door, the wisteria standing in the courtyard sways gently in the breeze. Its movement feels like the familiar old caretaker, who has never left since my childhood, softly waving and saying, “Welcome home!”
回家,回到小時候曾經住過的這個家。
推開厚重的大門,佇立在天井之中的紫藤樹在微風吹拂下的搖曳身影,彷彿從幼年到現在從未離去的老管家輕輕地招著手道:「歡迎回家!」




Casually arranged, everything reflects its true, authentic self, comfortable and effortless.
隨性擺放,一切自然呈現最真實的自我,舒適自在。






Inspiration comes from the Pantheon in Rome, Italy. Its most distinctive architectural feature is the circular opening at the top of the dome. This oculus serves as the Pantheon’s only source of natural light. As sunlight pours through the opening, the beam of light shifts with the passage of time, giving the building a sense of life and movement.
Fascinated by this architectural quality, we brought this concept into the design of this home.
義大利羅馬的萬神殿,它的建築特色在於穹頂頂部的圓形大洞,這個洞口是萬神殿唯一的採光點,陽光從洞口灑下,天頂注入的光線隨時間變化而改變,讓這座建築充滿了生命力。對建築感著迷的我們將特色帶入了這個居所。





nspired by the Pantheon, daylight streams in from the ceiling, serving as a natural morning light that gently awakens daily life. The interplay of light and shadow shifts with time, revealing a different expression at every moment—bright and lively on sunny days, soft and subtle on overcast ones.
以萬神殿的意象延伸而來,天光自屋頂灑入,成為天然的晨光喚醒日常。光影斑斕,隨時間流轉,每一刻都有不同表情,晴天明亮活潑,陰天柔和含蓄。







A sense of everyday living—without looking lived-in.
Creating a feeling of spatial generosity has always been something we strive for. The master bathroom features a wide vanity with a double-basin design, while storage is seamlessly integrated with the round mirror, keeping daily life organized and effortless.
絲毫不顯生活感的生活感。
有餘的空間規劃是我們一直想創造的,主臥浴室開闊的洗手檯面採雙檯盆設計, 收納與圓鏡整合在一起,把生活打理的有條不紊。


The room continues the textures and style of the common areas, creating a harmonious flow. Favorite artworks hang on the walls, serving as striking highlights within the space.
房間延續了公共區域的紋理與風格,一致而和諧;牆上掛著喜愛的畫作,成為空間中的亮點。




“Early Summer” refers to the early summer season, when the wheat sown in autumn finally reaches maturity the following year.
